You might feel out of place, caught in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward, even when you can't explain why.
Coaching is a place to look closely at what is really going on, in you and the world around you.
We explore how things might work differently, so you can move away from what no longer serves you and towards what feels more aligned, with greater clarity.
I won't tell you what to do, or offer a fixed way of seeing things.
Instead, I'll help you explore your experience more clearly, through careful listening, thoughtful questions, and reflecting back what I notice.
Often, the answers aren't missing; they're just harder to access when everything feels busy, pressured, or unclear.
My role is to help you find your way back to them and to trust what you find.

I started my coaching practice in 2019 and work with a variety of clients both online and in-person. I hold an internationally recognised professional coaching qualification.
Prior to coaching my career was rooted in learning, development and organisational improvement across the corporate, charity and higher education sectors at both operational and strategic levels.
These experiences shaped how I understand the relationship between people and the environments they are part of, and how easily we can struggle when life and work aren't quite working.
Today, I coach clients in a range of situations, work contexts and life stages, from young people to those contemplating retirement, the employed and self-employed. I have experience coaching individuals with disabilities, neurodiversity and common mental health difficulties.
I continue to develop my practice through independent supervision and continuous professional development.
