We'll use this time to:
We can also talk through practicalities - how we might work together, and any questions you have.
If it feels right to continue, we'll usually start with 6 sessions and things from there. There's no fixed path - we shape the work around, and what you need.
There's no expectation to move quickly, or to have everything figured out. Some sessions may feel like quiet reflection. Others may bring clearer shifts or decisions.
Both are part of the process.
