A starting point

We begin with an intentional conversation, a chance to talk about what's bringing you here, and what you might want from coaching - even if that's still unclear.


You might arrive with something specific, or just a sense that things aren't quite right. Either is fine.

We'll use this time to:


  • get a feel for one another
  • talk a little about what coaching is and isn't
  • explore whether this feels like the right space for you.


We can also talk through practicalities - how we might work together, and any questions you have.

If it feels like a good fit

If it feels right to continue, we'll usually start with 6 sessions and things from there. There's no fixed path - we shape the work around, and what you need.

A note on pace

There's no expectation to move quickly, or to have everything figured out. Some sessions may feel like quiet reflection. Others may bring clearer shifts or decisions. 


Both are part of the process.
